ReferrerPartner referral accounts — earn commissions on referred subscriptions

CryptaCount handles billing through a secure payment processor. Your subscription includes:

  • Subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles
  • Feature add-ons — each plan unlocks specific capabilities (see below)
  • Usage tracking — wallet counts, transaction volumes, and team member limits are enforced per plan
  • Automatic invoicing — invoices generated and delivered automatically
  • Multiple payment methods — credit/debit cards, SEPA Direct Debit (EU)

Manage your subscription at Settings → Billing.

Plans control access to features via add-on modules:

Add-onWhat It Unlocks
DeFi AccountingDeFi pipeline, positions, bridges, gas fees, derivatives
Advanced AssetsNFTs, real-world assets, funds, custody, safe management, restaking, token migrations, governance, and more
ComplianceAddress screening, compliance dashboard, carbon/ESG reporting
Tax Return GenerationTax calculations, corporate tax, disposals, exports, form generation
DerivativesAdvanced asset protection, chain support, analytics

If a feature you need is locked, upgrade your plan at Settings → Billing or contact sales.

The platform shows a clear message indicating which limit was reached (wallets, transactions, companies, or team members) and which plan resolves it. Existing data remains fully accessible — only new additions are blocked.

If you exceed your plan’s included limits, overage packs let you purchase additional capacity without upgrading your entire plan. Overage packs are applied to your account automatically when purchased.

Practice accounts are designed for accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisers who manage multiple client workspaces:

  • Access multiple client workspaces through a single account
  • No double billing — when a business shares workspace access with their accountant, only the business’s subscription covers it
  • Manage clients from Practice → Clients
  • View shared workspaces at Practice → Shared
  • Separate billing management at Practice → Billing

How does the partner referral program work?

Section titled “How does the partner referral program work?”

Partners earn commissions on referred subscriptions:

  1. Register as a partner or get promoted to a Referrer account
  2. Access your Partner Dashboard from the sidebar
  3. Share your referral link with potential customers
  4. Earn commissions on successful subscriptions

Billing entity is determined by your billing address:

  • US customers → CryptaCount, Inc. with US sales tax
  • EU customers → CryptaCount, Inc. with EU VAT
  • Rest of World → CryptaCount, Inc.

The correct entity appears on your invoices.

Navigate to Settings → Billing → Manage Payment. This opens the payment portal where you can update your credit card, add new payment methods, or change billing address.

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace enters read-only mode for 90 days (you can still view and export data). Reactivate at any time during that period.

If a payment fails, the platform automatically:

  1. Retries the payment on a configured schedule
  2. Sends notification emails about the failed payment
  3. Escalates through warning stages before suspending access

If you receive a payment failure notification, update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

Navigate to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All past invoices are downloadable as PDF, with proper tax documentation.

CryptaCount accepts major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA Direct Debit (EU), and other methods depending on your region.

Your subscription may be billed in your local currency depending on configuration.
