Section titled “What account types are available?”CryptaCount offers these account types, selected during registration:

How does billing work?
Section titled “How does billing work?”CryptaCount handles billing through a secure payment processor. Your subscription includes:
- Subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles
- Feature add-ons — each plan unlocks specific capabilities (see below)
- Usage tracking — wallet counts, transaction volumes, and team member limits are enforced per plan
- Automatic invoicing — invoices generated and delivered automatically
- Multiple payment methods — credit/debit cards, SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
Manage your subscription at Settings → Billing.
What feature add-ons are available?
Section titled “What feature add-ons are available?”Plans control access to features via add-on modules:

If a feature you need is locked, upgrade your plan at Settings → Billing or contact sales.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Section titled “What happens when I hit a plan limit?”The platform shows a clear message indicating which limit was reached (wallets, transactions, companies, or team members) and which plan resolves it. Existing data remains fully accessible — only new additions are blocked.
What are overage packs?
Section titled “What are overage packs?”If you exceed your plan’s included limits, overage packs let you purchase additional capacity without upgrading your entire plan. Overage packs are applied to your account automatically when purchased.
How do practice accounts work?
Section titled “How do practice accounts work?”Practice accounts are designed for accounting firms, auditors, and tax advisers who manage multiple client workspaces:
- Access multiple client workspaces through a single account
- No double billing — when a business shares workspace access with their accountant, only the business’s subscription covers it
- Manage clients from Practice → Clients
- View shared workspaces at Practice → Shared
- Separate billing management at Practice → Billing
How does the partner referral program work?
Section titled “How does the partner referral program work?”Partners earn commissions on referred subscriptions:
- Register as a partner or get promoted to a Referrer account
- Access your Partner Dashboard from the sidebar
- Share your referral link with potential customers
- Earn commissions on successful subscriptions
Which entity will bill me?
Section titled “Which entity will bill me?”Billing entity is determined by your billing address:
- US customers → CryptaCount, Inc. with US sales tax
- EU customers → CryptaCount, Inc. with EU VAT
- Rest of World → CryptaCount, Inc.
The correct entity appears on your invoices.
How do I update my payment method?
Section titled “How do I update my payment method?”Navigate to Settings → Billing → Manage Payment. This opens the payment portal where you can update your credit card, add new payment methods, or change billing address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription?”Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace enters read-only mode for 90 days (you can still view and export data). Reactivate at any time during that period.
What if a payment fails?
Section titled “What if a payment fails?”If a payment fails, the platform automatically:
- Retries the payment on a configured schedule
- Sends notification emails about the failed payment
- Escalates through warning stages before suspending access
If you receive a payment failure notification, update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.
Where can I find my invoices?
Section titled “Where can I find my invoices?”Navigate to Settings → Billing → Invoices. All past invoices are downloadable as PDF, with proper tax documentation.
What payment methods are accepted?
Section titled “What payment methods are accepted?”CryptaCount accepts major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA Direct Debit (EU), and other methods depending on your region.
Your subscription may be billed in your local currency depending on configuration.
